The 66LM keypad will only work on garage door openers that have either a Yellow, Gray, White or Green learn button on the back panel and use 9 trinary (+, 0, -) code switch or billion code types of remotes on the 390MHz frequency. This is the same keypad as the Chamberlain 740CB and the Sears Craftsman 139.53876, 00953876000. This item is new in box and includes mounting screws, battery and programming instructions.
